Tex-Mex Black Beans
1- 16 oz. can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 15- oz can whole kernal corn (drained and rinsed)
1/2 C. (from a jar) "chunky salsa"
1-2 teaspoons ground cumin (I use 2)
Juice of 1 lime
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all together. Can be used as a side dish or as a dip for chips
